Message Box

i am looking for javascript code that when i click on one link then showing message box exactly like as "search" link in top of this forum. when an users click on it's arrow icon it opens a small message box.

i need this javascript code. any one have this script or knows this sample on the internet?

thank you very much. this was so good.

but as you see in top of this forum by clicking search link, message box opens by effect. (it begins opening from corner and end of to opposite corner).

any one can changing this script to by this effect?
