Hi folks, I'm a complete newbie to these forums, and whilst I can sort of work my way around a little bit of php I'm stuck and need some help please.
I'm building a site for a lady who has some great ideas, but ones I am now finding it hard to actually implement 🙁 The following is the easier (in my opinion) option out of two to achieve a similar result ........
Background : I have a php page (its actually comprofile.html.php from Community Builder for Joomla) and I also have AEC installed to allow me to set up different types of account - all works fine - the registration for the Joomla site is undertaken by the comprofile.html.php page and each of the types of account has its "own" registration form (index.php?option=com_acctexp&task=subscribe&usage=1 and index.php?option=com_acctexp&task=subscribe&usage=2)
Sorry, I'm not too good at explaining things ...
Anyway, what I would like to do it put (I'm guessing) an if / else statement above the registration form title <?php echo _REGISTER_TITLE; ?> so that .....
IF the URL is index.php?option=com_acctexp&task=subscribe&usage=1 display "Buyer Account Registration"
ELSE display "Seller Account Registration"
I really hope that this makes sense, regretably I cannot post the URL of the site as the lady I'm building it for does not want it public yet. Any questions just ask, I'm really hoping this all makes sense.
Many thanks in advance and thanks for reading
Be happy
Allan
