MSSQL ENCODING BUG/PROBLEM

hi,
i have a CL script that insert hebrew data to MSSQL 2000 on WIN SERVER 2003.
the ENCODING of the sql is HEBREW_CI_AS.
if i run the script from VISTA, it works PERFECT, but if i run the script from the SQL machine, the data enters as "?????"
any ideas y?

This is just a guess--but you may need to install a hebrew language pack on the SQL Machine. I ran into something similar with Chinese characters--

thanks but,
as i said from vista its working fine (the vista insert to the same server).
and there is a language pack installed on the server.
i think its got something to do with the dll file but im not sure and i dont have a clue....
