Hello,

I am taking bids for a php project that includes the following:

1. A web page(s) that is populated with image files that are uploaded via a web form.

2. A web page(s) that is populated with video files that are uploaded via a web form.

3. A "Rating" feature for each image/video.

4. A "View By" feature that sorts page by Name field (A-Z/Z-A) and sorts page by Rating (A-Z/Z-A)

5. A "Search" feature

6. Basic admin that allows webmaster to delete listings (no need to edit)
