Shopping cart for newbies

Hello,
I'm looking for easy shopping cart system for small shop with hand made jewellery. It is importand for me to modify design easily.
I found tool named Quick.Cart http://opensolution.org/?p=Quick.Cart but I don't know if it is suitable for me. Do you have some experiance with that shopping cart.
