I am going to develop a rating program using php, where users can rate articles or photos with Excellent, very good, good, poor options.

If you know how to do this and if you have code please send me.
I will be grateful.

you can download rater.zip file there. please make it run and suggest me. how to do this.

For PHP 5 star rating program: i have used java script, css and php. There are two pages. First page displays to input from a user and second page should display the information input by user. one line of code from first page is like:
<tr class="buttons">
<td class="Poor"><div class="center"><span class="rbStyled Star"><input type="radio" name="Rating" value="1/10" /></span></div></td>

what code should I use to extract the information from first page?
