CSS Menu Alignment in IE not working

Here is the code im using for a horizontle menu basically it looks good IF you use firefox or safari on a mac but if youopen it with IE it makes the objects align terribly! Any fix?

It's kind of hard to determine what's going wrong with an alignment problem, but no mention of where the misalignment is occurring or by how many pixels. Do you have a link to the menu?

In addition to cgraz's comments, my first question when I hear it does not work in IE is, "Is the very first line of the page a fully qualified doctype declaration?" If not, then IE will be in quirks mode, and will get the dimensions wrong for any box elements that have non-zero values for margins, paddings, and/or borders.
