Specific truncating

I have a block of text stored in a variable, it's order data so it's always different. It's data that is sent back to me as is, so I can't get at what makes it up.

I'm trying to get the IP address from the middle of this block of text isolated and put into a variable. The IP always follows the words IP Address:. Can it be done?
