image rotator script

Hi, can anyone point me to a simple script that rotates images, preferably in a set order every few seconds please? My website urls don't display .php extensions though the site is built with a PHP coded content management system. Any advice graefully received,

That's probably better done on the client side either using JavaScript or a Flash or Java applet. You could use PHP to create an array within a JavaScript function of the available images, then have the JS loop through them with a time delay.

For some reason this piqued my interest. This may not be the best way to do it, but it seems to work, and was kind of interesting to do.
