Cant open Website in Internet Explorer

I have problem in my project which is developed in php+pgsql+javascript+ajax+html+centos.

Problem is:

My project is running smoothly in mozilla firefox. but
When we are opening with internet explorer (IE6), then sometime page is opening but sometime we are getting problem - a prompt appears operation aborted. Then I get the "The page cannot be displayed" page with "Cannot find server or DNS Error" displayed at the bottom left of the page.

Please, suggest me, what type of problem can be.

Have you tried it on IE on another computer to rule out b0rked settings?

Also, there is no way anyone can really guess at an answer without an idea of what that code does or what it looks like.

Ya, I tried but getting the same problem.
Sometime page is opening but sometime same page are not opening.
