Unfortunately, not a lot of people are strongly inclined to download a 10 KByte file and then sift through it to figure out what you need to do. You might want to do some sifting yourself to isolate the relevant part(s) of the code, and then post it here between

 tags. (Hint: assuming that the script uses the php [man]mail[/man]() command, you probably want to look for the section of code where that command is used.)

Or, you can wait until someone who is feeling particularly generous (or bored? ;) ) comes along to help you.
