[RESOLVED] How to open my.cnf?

Hi..guys!I would have some configuration need to be done in the file of my.cnf in xampp.However it showed as a SpeedDial in Windows,how can I open it?

Open it using your favourite editor.

I don't care what Windows thinks it is, but it should be trivial to override.
