[RESOLVED] Format output CSS

I'm looking for CSS help/tutorial or guidance.
What I'm trying to do is output a number of rows of data (10 rows per page, say) with the data in each row aligned in columns. The data is a mixture of text and thumbnail pictures.
I'd like a "page 1 of x, 2,3,4,5,6,7,last" header and footer as well.

Actually something like this page you're reading now.

Any ideas where to find help ?

It is not done in CSS, it is done in PHP (or jsp or .net or...).

It is called pagination, one article on it can be viewed here and a tutorial here. I haven't read any of the guides, so I don't know if they are any good. But a search for pagination will show lots and lots of results.
