I will give you a tip for next time you have an urgent question: Don't write that it is urgent. Don't write in caps. Write it as if it was any other question.
Why? Because it is not urgent. It might be urgent for you, but it is not urgent to me. It will however annoy me when people try to cut in line and convince me that their question is more important than others questions. Normally I would not even look at the post, and I can only guess that others think the same way.
This time I did it to see what iditic question was posted. For once it wasn't that iditic, and it really was urgent. That is the only reason why I even bothered to reply. But if everything was as it usually is I wouldn't even have looked at the post, and would not have had a chance to help you out.
