First, you need to find a way to make sure that only some people can use your wireless connection but not everyone. Presumably, this can be done with a password or something.
Second, Install it. This way, nobody can use your wireless without a password.
Third. Decide how you will accept money. Cash? Check? Credit Card? Pay Pal?
Fourth, Decide how people will register for your service. Do they hit a web page? Do they come up to the counter in your store? The registration desk at your hotel? Whichever one you choose should be able to accept payment and distribute passwords to your wireless network.
