ffmpeg with php and iis6.0

Hello,

When I run ffmpeg to convert any format to flv it is working fine in my local system. But it is not working in the server(My server system using PHP Version 4.4.3 in Microsoft-IIS/6.0 , Windows NT. ) it prompt me the following error :

Warning: exec() [function.exec]: Unable to fork

Please Clarify it.

From exec comments on the manual...

Lets make it even clearer, about the "unable to fork" error in exec().

By default Windows XP sets all permissions for cmd.exe for the temporary internet user account (IUSER-[computername]) to DENY. That overrides everthing.

You must modify the security on cmd.exe to give the IUSER-computername account at least read & execute and remove the DENY.

In my server i didn't found the IUSER-[computername] to deny the permission. we allowed all permissions to ffmpeg and cmd files. We got the same error. Kindly help.
