How to validate flash code with PHP?

i want to check if code which user inputs containts only flash source. It can't have any additional HTML tags which are not needed to display flash advertisment.

How to do that?

Yes, it's a string.

then it should be perfectly possible

Now how would you like the test to end?

I can think of 2 ways:
1. you disqualify the flash and give a message 'not allowed'
2. you try to fix the flash, replace / strip away tags and use the fixed version

I know too little of flash, to know if #2. is possible and still have a working flash,
but there are plenty of good functions for search and replace any code.
