[RESOLVED] Help - What does this error mean???

I can't work out what this error means. The file addweblog.php exists on the server and in the correct directory. So what is the "stream"?

The origination file (weblogadmin.php) has a form which passes a title, a description and a file. All should work fine when processed by addweblog.php, but line 0??? The server doesn't seem to even recognise the file!??!?!?

Any ideas?

If you read the errors, the answer is within:

Well, one big thing I see is that you have a permissions error.

The reason you get "line 0" is because PHP can't even open the file. So it finds an error on line 0 of addweblog.php because it's a permissions issue of the addweblog.php file. CHMOD it to 0755 and see if that helps.
