[RESOLVED] Conditional Sub-Select Possible?

I am a bit stumped by this one...

I would like to have a SQL statement do a conditional sub-select, but I don't know if that's possible.

I'd like to have a select, and within that select, do a sub-select to fetch a field from a different table.

However, depending on the results from the sub-select, I might or might not need to do an additional sub-select.

Is this even possible?

I figured it out -- Used a CASE WHEN VALUE IS NOT NULL THEN 'X' ELSE 'Y' scenario.
