newbie looking for CMS

Hello, I'm a beginner in making internet sites and I'm looking for some CMS system. For me, the most important is to modify PHP code and design easily. I have searched a little and found this: http://opensolution.org/?p=Quick.Cms
Do you have some experience with this system or can you recommend me some other systems?

If I were moderator, I know what I should do with this guy,
because he trying only to make use of our forum,
as a place of ADVERTISING.

At best, I would only delete these 3 posts.
But Probably I would delete his account and ban his IP, too.
At least Iwould restrict his permission to posts.

I will certainly keep my eyes open for kokosek
and anything having to do with some 'kQuickk' software
