send mail with attachment from my PC using PHP

Hi,
I would like to send an attachment through mail by browsing the file from my PC using PHP. Actually i tried with by creating a folder 'upload' as well as by explicitly giving the path. Its working for me. But when i tried using my PC, i could not please help. And my coding is below.

Please help how do i need to get the file from PC and send by getting file from another form.

You might want to read this tutorial on file uploads. If you do not want to store the file on the server, you could skip the part about using move_uploaded_file and just copy the file from the temporary location ($_FILES['form_field_name']['tmp_name']) into the mail message.
