[RESOLVED] Build a var through a loop

I need to run a query and build a message through a query. Then I need to email it to some users.

foreach ($makeMessage as $mm)
{
// need to create a message include
$msg = ???
}

How do I collect all data needs and put it into one var to be used as a part of a message later when I run a loop to email users?

foreach ($emailUsers as $eu)
{
mail("$email", "$subject", "$msg");
}

Do I create an array in loop 1?

You could concatenate onto a string with each loop iteration or use array_push() to put data into a predefined array, then pop it off later with array_pop().

Here's a concatenation example:

$name_array=array("Tom","Dick","Harry");
foreach($name_array as $name) $namelist .= "My Name is $name <br />";
echo $namelist;

The period means "add to the end of this line what follows". I'll let you figure out the array stuff yourself.

Mea culpa! I misread your intent. Let me try again.

The data you are collecting from your database queries, can you concatenate this data in a certain predicatable format? If so, you can use concatenation to do this.

If you are reusing the data multiple times throughout your email, you then need to use an array. Then, build your mail body using the data from the array.
