curl wont work

I am using windows xp with apache installed and i enable curl library plus also i followed the step http://www.php.net/curl and also enable the curl library in php.ini

unforunately when i restart my apache it shows the curl function but when i try sample code then the curl is disable again and this time the curl library is not showing in phpinfo.php

is there something that i miss here?
im using php 5
