I attached a copy of the template i will be using. It will look like that but all text based.
Im Trying to figure out how i can ECHO text at a diagonal of vertical.

I'm not sure about this, but I think you may need to generate the text as a graphic, then paste it into an existing image. An example of this could be found here.
I'm sure you can't echo text vertically or at any other angle then horizontal. You'd have to use dynamically generated images with text on them to achieve that.
