Loading photos automatically into a page

Hey guys,
I've been having this problem for awhile and I just can't seem to figure it out.
What I'm trying to achieve is instead of opening up my page over and over and adding photos manually, I'd like it to automatically load the photos into the page.

I've seen this before but I just can't seem to find out how to do it anywhere.

Best way to do it would be to store the image path information into a database and then write a loop to output the images you desire to a page.
