What to charge? I am a designer, a business opportunity fell in my lap.

A womans fashion company that 10+MILLION a year in sales wants me develop a web site. I am a DESIGNER, I have a great kid who knows coding but I'm unsure as to what to quote the client. The site will look fantastic and will have to be updated constantly as the fashion are seasonal. HELP? ANYBODY? What do I charge for this type of site?

All we can suggest is to estimate how many person-hours will be needed on the project, what those hours are worth to you, and what other costs you might incur, and then whether you think the customer will be willing to pay that amount.
