Well, from what you've posted, I'd say you're trying to get a property from an object which doesn't exist.
Perhaps you could post some code?

You're in the wrong thread, lad! This is a topic about bhagawati's problem with calling non-object properties! I don't mean there's something wrong with your code - I'm not familar with whatever that is you're working with (Oracle? that doesn't look like database code to me, but maybe I'm wrong) I'm saying you made an error in posting your topic - you're in the wrong place and need to move!
