Simply: How long does a new thread take to appear.
I know it said they will not appear immediately, but it has been 90 mins and from my experience in other forums, this is unusual.
Now I'm worried my thread has not gone through. I don't want to re-submit needlessly.

Usually, almost instantly. In your case your threads triggered the moderation detector (or whatever it is called), so they were sent for manual approval.

Thanks for your info. So I know in future what would have triggered the manual moderation?
Anyway looks like im now off and away in the PHP builder forum. Hope to converse with you all much more from now on.

I guess its because your a new user. That usually triggers it.

If you are a new user and have any links or domain names in your post, it will probably trigger the spam filter for manual moderation. If you are not a new user but include a domain name within a list known problematic domains, it will also be flagged for moderation.
