If you had to ask, I am assuming you already googled and came up completely empty, so I doubt either of these ideas will be good enough.

i have tried the first one link and followed the given steps but at my system the command make is not working.
Make is here: http://www.gnu.org/software/make/ You will also want to view this site: http://www.gazbming.com/ (click on howto link in left menu for windows)
You shouldn't need make though.
You'll want to talk to Sneakyimp, he's done a lot with this. Search the forums for "FlashMOG".
