how to put url?

Hi All,
need help on showing url address at: Product information,

http://www.3point-templates.com/maranshop3/prodshow.php?id=9

I've added: echo "Information: <input type=url name=info size 30 value='$detim[8]'><BR>";
but, when I add a new product, i write a link, and it won't display... what to do?

I'm sory if i'm not clear, but i don't speak good english =)

According to w3schools, there is no url type of input. If you want to echo link, do it like this:

echo "<a href=\"$detim[8]\">$detim[8]</a>";
//or
echo '<a href="'.$detim[8].'">'.$detim[8].'</a>';
//or
echo <<<END
<a href="$detim[8]">$detim[8]</a>;
END;
//or
echo <<<END
<input type="text" name="info" size="30" value="$detim[8]">
END;
//the last one isn't linking to that addres, just shows it
