Pass Variable Data Through Aweber to Order Form

Hi,

I'm trying to duplicate this:
http://www.traffictravis.com/ordertraffictravis.php

The person inputs their info, gets subscribed to the aweber list, then the data is passed over to clickbank.

How do you do this?

I've been going crazy trying to find out... ahhhhhh

the form is submit to traffictravis page, this saves all the order details to there database. then the form directs them to a link that aweber uses to identify the item....
