[RESOLVED] Unicode Quote and ASCII Quote

Hello,

I am building a simple article posting form. It is used as Author write an article in some Text editor and then copy paste those to my webform. However, it all works fine, but sometime Quotes comes in unicode format. And when I show them on my webpage they appears as junk character. However, if they type in Single Quote or Double Quote it all works fine.

Any idea how I change Unicode to ASCII on my web form ?

Probably mb_convert_encoding() :
