Making a SQLite database?

Hello all,

I have been able to generate a database in the past using SQLite 3.3.10. However the forum where the user explained it to me has shut down. Could someone here explain what I must do to generate a database using SQLite 3?

Just open the database file, create the tables, and insert the rows. The database file will be created as you do so.

The help feature built into SQLite isn't very detailed. Could someone explain how I setup my tables, my rows, and how many of each I need to support a Login page with possibly 10 users.

You would need to read tutorials/books that explain SQL and database design. You could check out PHPBuilder's articles, for example. The SQLite website has documentation on SQL syntax, but it may not make much sense to you if you have no background in the area.
