forum subscriptions

I have built forums for my website, Im kinda confused on how to do subscriptions though, where a user can subscribe to a thread, I will then have a subscribtion page which list all the forums they subscribed to, Im not sure how to layout the table in mysql for this

I would think that at a minimum all you would need is a subscription table with a thread_id column and a user_id column, probably with a unique index on the combined two columns. Whether any other columns are needed would depend on a greater understanding of the meaning and functionality of "subscription" in your forum.
