[RESOLVED] error, include_path?

hello, does anyone know what this error means? we haven't changed anything on the site. however, the hosting company is making changes. It might be simple, silly, but I'm missing it tonight.

It means that your PHP configuration does not have the allow_url_fopen setting enabled, so you can only include/require files via the local file system (not by URL).
