I'm taking my first steps with rewrite rules so
I can't understand what's the meaning of
!-f and !-d

RewriteEngine On
#  Rules
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f 
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d
RewriteRule . index.php

Could you explain me, please ?

As noted in the Apache docs for RewriteCond:

'-d' (is directory)
Treats the TestString as a pathname and tests if it exists and is a directory.
'-f' (is regular file)
Treats the TestString as a pathname and tests if it exists and is a regular file.

So, that code is redirecting all URL's that don't point to a file or directory back to index.php.
