My software is fully templated with language files.

Remember of links such as "Forgot Password?" and "Create New Account" which are mainly located on login page and many more of this sort of links...

I was thinking to move this sort of text links to another language file which is separated from the main language file. Is it useful to have this separated language file or just put the links as plain in the template files itself?

I really don't know that there's much for us to answer - it's pretty much your decision: do you want to include that text in the language translation or not? Do you want users who's first language isn't English to easily understand what those links mean or not?

If you're making this application for the purpose of distributing it, then it would probably make sense to include everything in a language file.

Yes, I am going to give my software away for public use.
So I would use two language files: one for messages and one for links.

Er, perhaps I don't understand what you mean when you say "language files" - I would think you would only need either one message file, or one file for each language. In the file(s), you'd include all text that needed to be translated for that language - links, messages, any text.
