I am an experienced developer of PHP/MySQL systems ON MY OWN PC via LOCALHOST. I have not developed "real" websites with PHP/MySQL because I know nothing about maintaining state (for multiple users) and MySQL security settings.
Are there templates available to do all this boring stuff, leaving me to do the interesting programming in the middle??
I see there are various OpenSource products, but they seem to be complex online shop systems, whereas I just want to be able to maintain the odd dbase file on the web... safely.
