[RESOLVED] Simple Wordpress PHP Question

I was going through some of the classes in my wordpress blog and I noticed alot of

$this ->something_or_another;

My question is what does it mean to have the forward arrow -> after the variable? Is there a good tutorial on how to use this as well?

the '->' operator is used in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP). Search the board or the web (or even the PHP manual: [man]oop[/man] and [man]oop5[/man]) for OOP and you should get a plethora of information.
