In most programming languages I have encountered there is a way to specify the device that echo or print will send its output to. How do I do this in php??? Can't seem to find it. I want to send output to a printer.

Read Printer(), however, using Javscript might be much easier.

Thanks Joseph, however, it says it was removed in 4.1.1 so doesn't look like that will work. I think I've got a reasonable solution worked out almost.
