ffmpeg problem with php

Hi
I have installed ffmpeg for php and it works on the console
I also tried converting .avi to flv and it works in the shell

Now I was testing the standard php code which comes with the ffmpeg-php

Here is the output

As can be seen there are errors like
Warning: Can't find video stream in in /home/admin/samplewebsite.org/test_ffmpeg.php on line 58

Nothing seems to be working on my site

I have come near the solution
I checked my directories and flv files are being creating from the uploaded avi files
Now the question is that why they wont display in the browser

this is the code in the view source which looks fine to me
