multi purpose forms

Hello All,

I am trying to figure out how to create more then one form to be used for more then one purpose:

ex: insert, update

the form would be displayed on more then one screen or all at once, either way it is broken up in to groups of information

personal information - addresses - phones - etc etc
work information - addresses - phones - etc etc
finance information - income - assest - etc etc

I was thinking to create different forms in their own files and use includes for the one large form

or is there a way to create one file which either displays all forms at once or show groups only and keep processing the same file till it is all filed with hidden fields?

Could some one help me with this?

I'm not sure if I had understand your question.

What you are trying to achieve here is to have a form with multiple information for the user to input and submit?

All groups of information can be inside a single page and inside a single form. What you need to do is to design your form so that the user will know that it falls into the different group.

After you had setup the form, next depending whether you want to pass it to the same page or another page for processing of data, you should check for the validation and stuff.
