Registration Script Snafu

Hello Forum Members,

New here, and new to PHP. Hoping someone here can see something I'm missing.

We have a new user registration script that works as follows:

1. New User Registers for access to site
2. Confirmation email is sent to new user with activation link
3. 2 confirmation messages are sent to the owners of the site.

Problem: The new user receives his confirmation message and the activation link, which works fine. But the two owners do not receive their messages that someone has registered.

I've attached the script, substituting references to our client with "clientdomainname.com" and "[e-mail]", etc.
