Encountering an error message while installing XAMPP

Hi Team,

I started installing Apache, PHP and MYSQL sepearatly on my system.But, I came to know that XAMPP is a better of installing the package. So, I uninstalled the MYSQL and Apache server from my system and runned the XAMPP lite, where I encountered the error message which is attched to this thread.

Could some body in the team suggest me an way out for this problem.
