I have forums I made in php when a user post a reply I want it to redirect back to the page they posted on

here is an example page url

index.php?p=forum.topic&topic_id=2625&catid=10&start=18

So my question is what PHP function will show me this "index.php?p=forum.topic&topic_id=2625&catid=10&start=18" so I can pass it in my form post
