One of my clients has a website that offers a subscription service for some martial arts lessons.
For the past 4 or 5 months I have been happily using Paypal's subscription facility to take care of the business of receiving subscriptions from people. However, over the past three weeks or so, Paypal has started to systematically cancel pretty much every subscription on the list!
I've talked to some of the subscribers who have told me that they didn't want to cancel- Paypal just started rejecting their credit cards. This morning I called Paypal and they confirmed that there IS an error in their system and they are going to look at my case and try to fix it (buy they don't know when they'll get back to me).
Anyway... as you can imagine, this is a bit of a nightmare for me and I'm thinking about going elsewhere for my Payment gateway needs.
Can anyone offer any advice?
