horrible email problem need help please

At night time I require users to verify there email address when making new accounts on my site, I just realized that a lot of users never receive the email which is not good at all. I can get the email using an email address from any of my own domains and with hotmail but I know that anybody who has a yahoo mail account does not receive it in the junk or regular mail at all, surely there is a way around this?

Also just to clarify I know it works perfectly with hotmail too

not really, tell users to expect a validation email and to set there filters to allow emil from you.

If there was a magic way to bypass the spam filters guess who would be using it.

on my test yahoo account filter even I am not able to change a setting to receive the email from my site

ive had infinite problems with web-email filtering way to aggressively, not a lot you can do about it - could add note to site to inform signups to use another account.
