Can't index pages

Hi

I've got a search utility that appears to be set up OK, but when it comes to indexing the site, it simply won't work.

For my sins I am using some purchased software called 'SiteSearchPro'.

I can provide login info, but I'd rather do this outside of the forum.

I am not getting any support from the company, and the host doesn't want to know. I have tried changing settings in the actual database, but I am very much at the limit of my knowledge.

Please, please could I ask someone to help?

You better off contact the company instead of us without much knowledge of SiteSearchPro.

If they're not helpful, get your money back and get a new provider with good support.
