[RESOLVED] MySQL *.frm files

Hi all, I am hoping that somebody might have the answer that i need.

Somehow, i have blow out my databases (well ok so i ruined them when i reformated the drive and moved from rh7.1 to ubuntu). I have managed to get them all back except for one.

It turns out that i ONLY have the "*.frm" files.

I have searched the web for converters, and tried all kinds of MySQL installs on both w32 and linux platforms, and it seems like nothing will read and display the data of just the frm files.

Does anybody have any suggestions for me ?

If you're trying to recover the actual data, then I'm afraid you're stuck - data isn't stored in the .frm files at all.

Welp, i guess i am stuck then. Thanks anyways. There was another site that i had read in my web searches that stated that the *.frm files where MySQL data files. I guess that they are wrong. Reading that page explained things better.
