Add info from different page to contact form

I am building a modeling agency website that will have a list of my models on there. I also have a form on my website that a client can fill out about their event. I want to be able to have a "book now" button on each model's page that the client can select that would then add that model's ID # or name to that form. The form would be e-mailed to me.

It would kind of be like a "add to favorites" or "add to list" feature. I hope that makes sense.

What's the best way to accomplish this?

Maybe I didn't describe the problem clear enough..

Here is how the site will look.

Navigation: Models / Talent / About / Contact

Clicking on the models tab would open up a new page with thumbnails of each model, then clicking on the thumbnail would take the client to the model's profile, (Home>Models>Amy) where I would want the "select model" button/check box to be. Then client can navigate back to the thumbnail page and click on another model's picture and go to that profile, and select another model (Home>Models>Katie). When finished, client would click on contact (Home>Contact) and see those selections in the form, and continue to fill out the rest of the information and submit it.

There would be a need to store the "selection" somewhere and that's where I'd like to maybe use a script or code. Don't know how to do this. Also I don't know how to feed that information to the form.

You could have all the models in a database where they have there own numerical id, when the thumbnail is selected you could store them in a session and then use a foreach loop and mail() to send the data to you. This is the same as how most shopping carts work, search google for shopping cart tutorial and take a look at how to send and retreive data from html to php, also look at arrays and how sessions work. The data to select which model would come from the database and be stored in an array that would be stored in the session.
